We have developed the all-new JCVAP 5D heating coil, which features a dual heating wire design, ensuring uniform temperature distribution across every point of the insert, guaranteeing pure vapor and exceptional flavor. The temperature sensor directly contacts the insert, providing precise temperature control, with the set temperature being exactly what you get.

Compared to the old ICA version or the Puffco Peak official chamber, the ICA 5D V2 Chamber does not require the heating element to press the silicone grommet to maintain the circuit connection, greatly reducing the flash light issue. We have designed a spherical carb cap with side airflow from the handle, making it easier to control airflow and more convenient to use. You can also replace the carb cap’s tether with our colorful metal ring, making your Puffco look even cooler.

The 3D versions of AlN, quartz, Ruby, SiC, Diamondium Grade D, and Titanium inserts are all compatible with the new 5D chamber. Among them, ruby has good thermal conductivity, resulting in better flavor compared to standard quartz inserts, and has a more premium feel. However, due to the material’s fragility, we have designed thicker sidewalls, which result in longer heating times and slightly less precise temperature control compared to other inserts. But in contrast to ruby, our ICA 5D V2 Chamber with Diamondium Grade D insert has relatively higher thermal conductivity, with a thermal conductivity rate of around 120-150 W/m·K. It performs better than most common gemstones (such as diamonds), allowing heat to be transferred more quickly, thus providing more even temperature distribution during heating and delivering the best flavor.

Please do not use direct flame on the diamondium and ruby insert, and avoid soaking or cleaning it while hot, as this may cause cracking.

Differences Between 3D and 5D Chambers:

• The ICA 5D V2 heater is directly welded to the ceramic base, while the 3D design is separated. This makes the 5D chamber more stable and durable.
• The ICA 5D V2 sensor uses less glass adhesive, allowing for tighter contact with the insert and more precise temperature control.

JCVAP‘s regular ICA and 3D chamber inserts are also compatible with the 5D chamber.
